The two old thee stored buildings, which situated on Theatre square, have different history. But they were united by projects of M. G. Povstanyuk and M. M. Povstanyuk.
One building was reconstructed into apartments and offices, the other one into the hotel “Mozart”. |

The constructions of the type have not been built in our country for the last hundred years. Having studied the principles of Eastern architecture, Dmitry Povstanyuk created exclusive interiors and exterior of the new building at short time.
To develop the intricate eastern ornaments of marble floors, it was necessary to use of the full-scale computer-made patterns.
