During its 146 years of existence all interiors have been practically lost as a result of repairs and internal replanning, though the architectural ensemble remained, essentially, as it was.
The young architect Mikhail Povstanyuk developed the reconstruction projects of all elements of the building and the conversion of the Palace in accordance with new purpose.
Complex get its new life and new function in 2000.
